2.When you have placed the order ,our processing time is 15-25 days ,if you are urgent ,you may pay extra for rush fee ,wish you can understand.
3.If you need custom made,or your size is plus size 18W ,20W,22W,24W,26W,we will charge you more 30 usd.if you want to cancel the order but we finish it, please pay fabric fee.because our dress is custom made not in stock.
4.We don’t accept return the dress but no reason.we accpet size not correct,dress damaged,dress lost.because the dress is cusotm make not in stock.
5.we don’t sell stock dress .all of our dresses are custom made when we receive new order .this dress will only custom made for you

We will give you the return details. If you just return to the dress to the address on the package, we can not get it and refund you.
1. If you find the dress in wrong color or measurements, please send us clear photos within 3 working days since you receive the item.
2. If there is obvious quality problem with the dress, such as large dirt, broken or defects surface, please send us clear photos within 3 working days since you receive the item.
3.If it is not the quality problem, we will deduct the postage and material fee when we refund you.
